    on the application server has not yet been synchronized.

    The summarization levels could not be supplied with data.

    How to fix this error?

    In case 1, call up the maintenance transaction for summarization levels
    and save the levels. This will clear up the inconsistency. Then try
    to fill the levels with data again.
    In case 2, wait a few minutes and then try to fill the summarization
    levels again.
