  • What causes this issue?

    A <DS:GLOS.distribution_rule>distribution rule</> was found that has a
<DS:GLOS.controlling_area>controlling area</>, that does not match with
controlling area &v1& of the settlement sender.
This could be because you are creating an object (for example,
    <DS:GLOS.internal_order>internal order</> with a reference object (for
example, a reference order), that is assigned to a different
    controlling area.
You have specified the reference order either through the entry of a
reference in the initial screen or
a model order is entered in the <DS:GLOS.order_type>order type</>.

    How to fix this error?

Check in the object you are currently editing (such as an internal
order or a <DS:GLOS.WBS_element>WBS_element</>), whether it is assigned
    to the correct controlling area.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If it is assigned to the wrong controlling area, proceed as follows:
    RESET N2
    Correct the assignment.
Go to the maintenance of the <DS:GLOS.settlement_rule>settlement
    rule</>.
Delete the existing distribution rules and recreate them.
If the correct controlling area is assigned to, contact your system
