What causes this issue?

The system tries to copy the settlement rule from one object to another.
The customizing of the settlement profile regarding settlement of
parallel ledgers differs between the source object ('&V1&') and the
target object ('&V2&').

The settlement rule cannot be copied.

How to fix this error?

Change your customizing so that the settlement profile of the source and
target object are compatible regarding the setting 'Settlement of freely
defined currencies & parallel ledgers': if one of the settlement
profiles enables settlement per ledger, then also the other one has to
enable settlement per ledger.
