were already used with a settlement.
Settlement rules that have already been used cannot be deleted.
If you only want to use the unused rules, you can ignore this warning.
If you want to create new distribution rules, which replace the already
used rules, you should limit the validity period to those periods in
which the rules are used. Then you can create new rules for further
periods.
To delete the already used rules, you must reverse the corresponding
settlements.
