CO_KABR) 3 months is set as as the minimum retention period. Therefore,
SAP does not advise you to enter a period less than 3 months. If you
do, the system automatically sets the retention period to 3 months.
You can enter 3 months or more as the retention period. If you enter
more than 3 months, then the settlement documents remain longer in the
system.
