What causes this issue?

In internal error has occurred during the synchronization of the
<GL:equipment>equipment</> and the serial number master record. The
piece of equipment was created after the serial number master record
had been created.
In this case, the piece of equipment has to adopt the number in the
serial number master record (EQSE-EQSNR must be copied into
RIHEQUI-EQUNR).

System Response

The system has determined a discrepancy and processing has been
canceled.
