Message type: E = Error
Message class: INT_TM_ERP - ERP - TM Order Integration
Message number: 380
Message text: Delivery already exists for document &1; change not possible
Outbound deliveries have already been created for the document,
therefore no further change is allowed. This restriction results from
the integration of ERP with Transportation Management.
This error has two possible causes:
The original sales order has been designated as TM relevant. To now set
it to not relevant, it would be necessary to cancel the OTR and the DTRs
which are related to the order. Due to the support of order combination
this might mean that parts of DTRs need to be cancelled. Such a complex
scenario is not supported.
The original sales order has been designated as not TM relevant. The
proposed change would designate the sales order itself and the
deliveries of this sales order as relevant for TM. The scenario to send
existing deliveries to TM which are related to the order is not
supported.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
To proceed with this change you must cancel the document, and its
dependent deliveries, and then create a new document

INT_TM_ERP380
- Delivery already exists for document &1; change not possible ?The SAP error message INT_TM_ERP380 indicates that a delivery already exists for the specified document, and therefore, changes to that document are not possible. This error typically occurs in the context of SAP Transportation Management (TM) when trying to modify a transportation document (like a shipment or delivery) that has already been processed or linked to an existing delivery.
Cause:
- Existing Delivery: The primary cause of this error is that a delivery has already been created for the transportation document you are trying to modify. Once a delivery is created, certain changes to the original document may be restricted to maintain data integrity.
- Document Status: The status of the document may also prevent changes. If the document is in a status that does not allow modifications (e.g., completed or closed), you will encounter this error.
- Data Integrity Rules: SAP enforces data integrity rules to ensure that once a delivery is created, the associated transportation document cannot be altered in a way that would compromise the delivery.
Solution:
- Check Existing Deliveries: Verify if a delivery has indeed been created for the document in question. You can do this by checking the delivery document number associated with the transportation document.
- Review Document Status: Check the status of the transportation document. If it is in a status that does not allow changes, you may need to change the status back to a modifiable state (if applicable) or create a new document.
- Create a New Document: If changes are necessary and the existing document cannot be modified, consider creating a new transportation document or delivery that reflects the required changes.
- Consult Documentation: Review SAP documentation or consult with your SAP support team for specific guidelines on handling this error in your version of SAP TM.
- Use Transaction Codes: Utilize relevant transaction codes (like VL02N for deliveries) to check the details of the existing delivery and understand the context of the error.
