    You have used a copy reference for <GL:functional_location>functional
    locations</> or <GL:reference_functional_location>reference functional
    locations</> to create a new location structure.
    However, &V1& locations of this new structure had already been created,
    or existed in your entry list.
    The first location that already exists is &V2&.

    Locations that have already been created are shaded in the list.

    How to fix this error?

    You can use this procedure to transfer to existing location structures
    the extension of a copy reference to include additional locations.
    However, if this was not your objective, you should check your labeling
    system for possible inconsistencies.
