What causes this issue?

The functional location structure that you are using as a copy
reference contains the <GL:functional_location>functional location</>
&V1&, which does not correspond to the generic name structure of the
functional location as a whole.

System Response

The system will not take the functional location &V1& into account when
copying the structure.

How to fix this error?

If you want a copy of the functional location &V1& to be integrated in
the new functional location structure, you will have to enter it
manually.
