The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Define secondary diagnoses in customizing.
At the <ZK>Diagnoses</> level, flag the relevant
diagnoses in the <ZK>Diagnosis Category</> field as <ZK> Asterisk
Diagnosis: Secondary Diagnosis</> or as <ZK>Supplementary Diagnosis:
Secondary Diagnosis</>.
