    How to fix this error?

    Procedure for System Administrators

    Make the following checks in Customizing:
    In IMG activity <ZK>Configure Policy Products</>, check whether a
    benefit type tree has been defined for coverage type &v1&. (In Releases
    before 4.72, the IMG activity is <ZK>Configure Internal Claim Types</>).
    If this is the case, perform the following check in IMG activity
    <ZK>Configure Benefit Type Trees</>:
    Select the benefit type tree that has been defined for coverage type
    &v1&.
    At <ZK>benefit tree</> level, check whether the <DS:DE.ICL_BENTYPE01>
    payments</> field with the required benefit types is set to
    <ZK>Selectable</>.
    INCLUDE ICL_MESSAGE_CUST OBJECT DOKU ID TX
