Report <AB>RICL_STATUS_REPORTS</> needs the variants <AB>CUS
<(>&<)>CLAIMHNDLR</> and <AB>CUS<(>&<)>SUBCLHNDLR</> to calculate the
key figure <ZK>Open Claims at End of Evaluation Period</>. The
evaluation month is the current month.
The system cannot calculate the key figures without the two
above-mentioned variants.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Create these two variants. Proceed as follows:
<ZH>Note</>: Create the variant in a client that permits cross-client
Customizing.
Call transaction <DS:TRAN.SA38>SA38</>.
Enter the report name <AB>RICL_STATUS_REPORTS</>.
Choose <ZK>Goto -> Variants</>.
Use the input help to choose the following variant: <AB>SAP
<(>&<)>CLAIMHNDLR</>.
Choose |@14@ (<ZK>Copy</>).
Enter the new variant name <AB>CUS<(>&<)>CLAIMHNDLR</>.
Confirm the dialog boxes that follow and include the variant in a
transport request.
Enter the Role-Based Performer roles that you use in your company for
the responsible claim handler at <ZH>claim header level</>.
Repeat steps 4-9 for the variant <AB>SAP<(>&<)>SUBCLHNDLR</> and change
this to customer variant <AB>CUS<(>&<)>SUBCLHNDLR</>.
Enter the Role-Based Performer roles that you use in your company for
the responsible claim handler at <ZH>subclaim</> level.
