Message class: ICL2 - FS-CM: Claims Management
Message number: 325
Message text: System unable to determine rule variant: &1 &2 &3
The system is unable to determine any application rule variant for the
combination of internal claim type &v1&, subclaim type &v2& and coverage
type &v3&. This might be because the <DS:DE.ICL_COND_FIELD_D>Condition
Field for ILM Objects Claim and Claim Bundle</> exceeds the maximum
allowed character length of 12 characters and no application rule
variant has been assigned for the condition field in Customizing.
Since the system is unable to determine whether the end of the retention
period of the business partner &v4& has been reached, the system sets
the end date of the residence period for this subclaim to "Tomorrow".
In Customizing activity <ZK>Assign Condition Field in Claim to
Application Rule Variant</>, enter an application rule variant for the
above-mentioned combination of internal claim type, subclaim type, and
coverage type.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
