    To define a benefit type tree for internal claim type &v1& at claim
    header level, proceed as follows:
    Call IMG activity <ZK>Configure Internal Claim Types</>.
    Create an entry for internal claim type &v1& at <ZK>subclaim</> level
    without specifying a subclaim type.
    This means that you leave the <ZK>Subclaim Type</> field blank.
    Define a benefit type tree for this entry.
    This benefit type tree is then applicable for the claim header.
