    This is for one of the following reasons:
    Benefit type &v2& has been defined as an invalid (not permitted) benefit
    type in the benefit type tree.
    The link between the benefit type and the benefits catalog item is not
    correct.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Procedure for System Administrators

    Perform one of the following activities:
    In IMG activity <ZK>Configure Benefit Type Tree</>, assign the benefit
    type &v2& to the benefit type tree &v1&.
    Check the link between the benefit type and the benefit catalog item in
    the relevant benefit catalogs.
    for Workers Compensation benefit catalogs:
    On the <ZK>SAP Easy Access</> screen choose <ZK>Insurance -> Claims
    Management -> Master Data -> Benefits, Services, and Fees Catalogs ->
    Benefits, Services, and Fees Catalogs for Workers Compensation -> Change
    Catalog Item for Workers Compensation</>.
    for all other benefit catalogs:
    On the <ZK>SAP Easy Access</> screen, choose <ZK>Insurance -> Claims
    Management -> Master Data -> Benefits, Services, and Fees Catalogs ->
    Change Catalog Items</>.
