ICL_ACTUAL. The value request expects there to be a non-initial value
there. This is not the case at present.

System Response

The system terminates processing.

actually available. Some fields of the <AB>ICL_ACTUAL</> structure can
also be found on the dialog screens. Check whether these fields are not
initial.
