    validity period of <DS:DE.ICL_POLPROD>policy
    product</> &v1&.

    System Response

    The system does not allow you to create a claim with date &v2&
    for policy product &v1&.

    How to fix this error?

    Check that you entered the correct date.
    If this date is correct, perform one of the following activities:
    Edit the claim manually
    Change the Customizing for the Claims Management system. In this case,
    contact your system administrator.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    In Customizing create a new version of the policy product that covers
    the date.
