    You have not assigned a user in the procurement system to user &v1& in
    the Claims Management system.

    System Response

    The system assumes that user &v1& (in the Claims Management system) has
    an identical user &v1& in the procurement system. The system tries to
    read the organizational data relevant to user &v1& in the procurement
    system, namely purchasing organization and purchasing group.
