    This change is not permitted because the <DS:DE.ICL_CLTYPE>internal
    claim type</> of the claim would need to be changed. However, this would
    mean that the screens that are used are no longer visible in the claim.
    In addition, any data that has already been entered might no longer be
    visible or it might be incompatible with the new claim.
