    in CO. In order to determine a Controlling object for &v1& &v2&
    , the system first has to determine a Controlling object for the object
    to which &v1& &v2& is assigned.
    For example:
    An order item can be assigned to a contract item, and a billing item can
    be assigned to an order item. The system could not determine a
    Controlling object for the object to which &v1& &v2& is assigned because
    an error occurred in one of the following steps:
    During transfer to ECC
    During determination of the Controlling object
