    To create the handouts, the system requires application forms for the
    detailed talent profile and the short profile. However, these are not
    defined in Customizing.

    System Response

    The handouts cannot be created.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    In Customizing for Talent Management and Talent Development, choose <LS>
    Basic Settings</> -> <LS>PDF-Based Documents in Talent Management</> ->
    <LS>Assign Application Forms to Elements of PDF-Based Documents</>, and
    state which application forms are to be used for the detailed talent
    profile (parameter TALENT_PROFILE) and the short profile (parameter
    TALENT_SHORT_PROFILE).
