    The absence record for personnel number &V1& from &V2& to &V3& requires
    country-specific valuation according to Customizing settings. A typical
    example occurs when calculating continued pay (STD) periods for
    illnesses that differ according to country. The system determined that
    the required country implementation is not yet integrated in the
    Business Logic Processor for Time Data.

    System Response

    Entering, changing, and deleting an absence without country-specific
    validation is not permitted since unchecked data cannot be saved to the
    database. The system indicates the corresponding record as incorrect.

    How to fix this error?

    This is a temporary situation. Until this functionality is supported in
    the TMW, use the alternative transactions for recording time data
    (PA61, PA71, RPTENT00, and so on).
