Message class: HRSFEC_TIM - Messages for time data replication processing
Message number: 072
Message text: Replication of absence &1 &2 requires replication of its time account &3
An absence with absence type &V1& and end date at &V2& was replicated
from Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll. The absence refers in
Employee Central to the time account with external code &V3&, but this
time account was not replicated to Employee Central Payroll.
The replication fails.
There can be different root causes for this error. Here are some
examples:
There are replication errors for the time account &V3& to be replicated.
Proceed as follows:
Make sure that you fix these replication errors.
In Employee Central, you created a Data Replication Configuration with
the <ZK>Time Account Information - Recurring Time Accounts to Infotype
2006, Absences with Deduction Information to Infotype 2001 and Time
Account Payouts to Infotype 0416</> replication scenario. The absence
was taken from a permanent time account and not from a recurring time
account. Depending on your business needs, you have the following
options:
Using the recurring time accounts
OR
Using time type filters at your <ZK>Data Replication Configuration</> to
replicate only the time types used for recurring time accounts and not
for permanent accounts.
In addition you might create another <ZK>Data Replication Configuration
</> with the <ZK>Absences Only </>replication scenario using time type
filters to replicate only the time types used for permanent time
accounts and not for recurring accounts. You would need to delete the
<ZK>Data Replication Proxies</> belonging to the EC Time data causing
the mentioned replication errors. For more information, see the 2757840
KBA. The recreation of <ZK>Data Replication Proxies</> based on the
corrected <ZK>Data Replication Configuration</> can either be triggered
by changing the relevant absences or in the following way:
Logon to Employee Central.
Go to <ZK>Admin Center </>-> <ZK>Manage Data</>.
Create an instance of <ZK>Trigger Data Replication Proxy Creation Job</>
for the user of the specific absence and the relevant date and
configuration information to trigger the creation of Data Replication
Proxies based on the entered criteria.
In Employee Central, you created a <ZK>Data Replication Configuration</>
with the <ZK>Time Account Information - Recurring Time Accounts to
Infotype 2006, Absences with Deduction Information to Infotype 2001 and
Time Account Payouts to Infotype 0416</> replication scenario. The
Earliest Selection Date of the Data Replication Configuration is after
the validity end date of the time account and before the end date of the
absence. You must change the <ZK>Earliest Selection Date </>so that the
time account is included in the replication. Afterwards, you must
trigger the creation of a <ZK>Data Replication Proxy</> for this time
account.
Proceed as follows:
Logon to Employee Central.
Go to <ZK>Admin Center</> -> <ZK>Manage Data</>.
To trigger the creation of <ZK>Data Replication Proxies</> based on the
entered criteria, create an instance of '<ZK>Trigger Data Replication
Proxy Creation Job</>' for the user of the specific time account and the
relevant date and configuration information.

HRSFEC_TIM072
- Replication of absence &1 &2 requires replication of its time account &3 ?The SAP error message HRSFEC_TIM072 indicates that there is an issue with the replication of an absence record in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) system. Specifically, it suggests that the absence record you are trying to replicate requires the corresponding time account to be replicated first.
Cause:
The error typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:
- Missing Time Account: The time account associated with the absence record has not been replicated to the target system.
- Replication Order: The absence record is being processed before the time account has been successfully replicated.
- Configuration Issues: There may be configuration issues in the replication settings that prevent the time account from being replicated properly.
Solution:
To resolve the error, you can take the following steps:
Check Time Account Replication:
- Ensure that the time account associated with the absence is replicated to the target system. You can do this by checking the replication logs or the status of the time account in the target system.
Replicate Time Account First:
- If the time account is not present in the target system, initiate the replication of the time account first. Once the time account is successfully replicated, you can then attempt to replicate the absence record again.
Review Replication Settings:
- Check the configuration settings for replication in both the source and target systems. Ensure that the necessary mappings and settings are correctly configured to allow for the replication of time accounts and absences.
Monitor Replication Logs:
- Review the replication logs for any additional error messages or warnings that may provide more context on why the time account is not being replicated.
Consult Documentation:
- Refer to the SAP SuccessFactors documentation for any specific guidelines or troubleshooting steps related to absence and time account replication.
Contact Support:
- If the issue persists after following the above steps, consider reaching out to SAP Support for further assistance. They can provide more detailed insights based on your specific system configuration and logs.
