  • What causes this issue?

During the employee master data replication, BAdI
<ZH>HRSFEC_B_EXCLUDE_FROM_DELE</>T that excludes some subtypes from
deletion, was implemented. Note that these subtypes are only maintained
in the Employee Central Payroll system. If the same subtype is used in
Employee Central and excluded via this BAdI implementation, one time
payments (0015/0267) with time constraint 3 will be created several
    times for each replication.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

To replicate the employee again, please proceed as follows:
Delete the subtype from the BAdI implementation
    OR
Create a new subtype since subtypes configured in this BAdI
implementation are only maintained in the Employee Central Payroll
system. This is the recommended option.

    3. Data Entry Validation: Ensure that the data being entered is valid and conforms to the rules set by the BAdI. If the subtype is indeed meant to be excluded, you may need to choose a different subtype or modify your approach.
    4. Contact Support: If you are unsure about the configuration or the implications of changing the BAdI, consider reaching out to SAP support or your internal SAP team for guidance.
