    In case that you are using the employee master data replication service
    "EmployeeMasterDataReplicationRequest_In" of name space
    "http://sap.com/xi/EA-HR" check the field 'WORK_AGREEMENT_TYPE_CODE ' of
    a WORK_AGREEMENT_ITEM.

    System Response

    This field is mandatory and therefore the replication for this employee
    was not successful.
