  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

    Error at address mapping on level of a single field for employee &V1&
    and global data type &V2& and code value &V3&.

    System Response

    Address replication is terminated for the current address. The
    processing of the employee is continued.
    As a consequence the currently processed address is not created or
    updated for employee &V1&.

    How to fix this error?

    Please correct the root cause of this warning and restart replication of
    employee &V1& in order to ensure a complete address replication.
    In most cases the content of field &V4& is not correctly filled in the
    inbound employee replication message (current value is &V3&). The reason
    for this is that either the content of the sending system is not
    correct. Or the code value mapping in the middleware is not correct.
    In some cases the mapping between the inbound employee replication
    message and the ERP backend system is not correct. In this case the
    customizing for mapping of code values between sender and recepient must
    be adjusted as described below:
    Start transaction SPRO
    Push Button 'SAP Reference IMG' (or F5)
    Open the IMG activities using following path:
    -> SAP Customizing Implementation Guide.
    -> Peronnel Management
    -> Personnel Administration
    -> Interfaces and Integration
    -> Integration of SAP ERP HR Master Data and SuccessFactors
    Employee Central
    -> Assignment of Code Values
    -> Define Mapping of External Code Value Lists to Internal
    Code Value Lists
    If you don't want to replicate addresses with the specific code value
    &V3& of the global data type &V2&, then ensure that there is no entry
    for this address type in above customizing setting with following key:
    GDT Name: &V2&
    List Agency Id: 310
    GDT Code Value: &V3&

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
