Message class: HRSEN00 - Calculation of Time Specifications
Message number: 324
Message text: The duration of selection rule &1 cannot be converted
The duration imported from the selection rule &V1& cannot be converted
by the conversion rule &V2&.
Table T525U (<LS>Conversion Rules for Employment Period Calculation</>)
contains a function module to <DS:DE.PSEN_FMSUM>cumulate the durations
</> for each <DS:DE.PSEN_CRULE>conversion rule</>. This function module
adds and subtracts the durations. This function is also called to
convert the durations defined in Customizing for the <LS>threshold
value</> and <LS>maximum value</> functions.
If a duration is imported to the function module table to <LS>cumulate
the durations</>, the conversion rule modifies this duration
accordingly. For example, 365 days can be converted to 1 year or 3
months can be converted to 90 days.
If the conversion rule does not use a conversion, this error message is
displayed. This can occur
If a function module is used in the conversion rule to <LS>cumulate
durations</> and the function module does not perform this conversion
If a different function module is called in the conversion rule before
the function module to <LS>cumulate the durations</> and no conversion
can be performed.
The error can be removed as follows:
Use a conversion rule that permits and carries out your conversion.
Perform the conversion before the program is called.
Define a suitable conversion rule and assign it to the
<DS:DE.PSEN_PROCE>conversion process</>.
