  • What causes this issue?

    A correctable error occurred when processing the external personnel
    action (a mandatory field was blank, for example).

    System Response

    The HR System recognizes the data inconsistency and terminates
    processing.
    The processing status displayed in the worklist changes to the red
    traffic light.

    How to fix this error?

    You must manually process the data for this personnel action of the
    employee.
    To do so, select an entry (employee name or a personnel number) and
    carry out the <ZH>Maintain master data</> function from the
    <ZH>Employee </> menu. Fix the error.
    Then set the <DS:DE.RSM_STATUS2>processing status</> to one of the
    following statuses:
    <ZH>Employee master record created</>
    <ZH>Data completely transferred, additional data still incomplete</>
    <ZH>Additional data completely recorded, transferred data still
    incomplete</>
    Result
    The status displayed in the worklist changes to the yellow traffic
    light.
