What causes this issue?

The P45 Production report RPCP45GN must not be called directly when
your system has been customised to consolidate Income Tax of every
employee that has more than one contract of employment with their
employer.

System Response

No P45s can be produced.

How to fix this error?

The P45 Production report RPCP45GN must be executed using a
pre-selection report.
The report RPCP45GN_PRESELECTION must be called instead of RPCP45GN.
The only purpose of this pre-selection program is to ensure that ALL
the contracts of an employee are processed - regardless of what the
user selects to be processed.
If the system should not be set up to consolidate each contract for
every employee that has more than one contract of employment with their
employer, then change the system constants (Table T77S0: entry HRPSG
ME).
