What causes this issue?

The records of Person table is generated by the program for each
personnel number. During the extraction step, the recods of reference
personnel numbers are amalgamated into 1 record.
The system has found that the non-default values generated in field
&V1& for personnel number &V2& and for personnel number &V3&. are
different.

System Response

The system will continue processing and generate the record in Person
table for this employee with the value in field &V1& corresponding to
the smallest personnel number.

How to fix this error?

Check that personnel Master Data are correct.
