What causes this issue?

According to infotype HESA Submitted Data (0616), the
<DS:DE.P08_HESA_STAFFID>staff ID</> reported last year was &V1&.
According to infotype HESA Master Data (0614) the staff ID to be
reported this year is &V2&.
The staff ID must not change, but it is different.

System Response

The system issues a warning and assumes that infotype 616 is wrong,
i.e. it assumes that last year's data was reported with the staff ID as
on infotype 614.

How to fix this error?

Check that your data on both infotypes is correct.
