What causes this issue?

This employee belongs to an employee grouping that has been customised
to derive its Age and/or Seniority as at a specific calendar date each
year. This has been customised in the features GAGES and/or GLOSS. The
feature's return value should contain the Calendar Date in the format
DD.MM. However, this is missing.

System Response

Error, invalid customising to derive Age and/or Seniority as at a
Calendar Date.

How to fix this error?

Change the incorrect feature GAGES and/or GLOSS to either include the
Calendar Date necessary or to use a different method of deriving Age
and/or Seniority.
