    To specifiy a Period Work Schedule Rule correctly all four fields must
    be entered. (Employee Subgroup Grouping for Work Schedules, Public
    Holiday Calendar Id, Personnel Subarea Grouping for Work Schedules and
    Work Schedule Rule)

    without all the fields being entered there for report an error.
