  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You have entered either a Period Work Schedule Rule or 'ticked' the
'check box' that uses the employee's Personnel Work Schedule to specify
Qualifying and Non-qualifying days for 'reducing the employee's
entitlement'. However you have not entered an Valuation Rule to
'handle' the 'Non-qualifying' days, which is mandatory for Absence
    Evaluation Scheme processing.

    System Response

Without a Valuation Rule ALL fields must be blank as well. All fields
are not blank, so report an error.

    How to fix this error?

Either enter a Valuation Rule or blank out ALL the fields. If the
correct Valuation Rule is NOT available to be used here, then the
customising of the Valuation Rule Groupings (T5GPBS27) must be changed.

    Procedure for System Administrators

An Qualifying Day Rule is a mandatory requirement for the Absence
Evaluation Scheme processing. The Scheme Rules each require a
Qualifying Day Rule. If ALL days qualify under your scheme, then simply
create a rule '01' with ALL fields left blank and a text saying 'All
Days Qualify' and use this rule for each Scheme Rule.
