You have assigned one or more program specializations to an invalid
degree or invalid qualification.
Degrees and qualifications are assigned via the field DEGREENR in the
structure PIQTRDEGREE_EXT (<ZK>Degree/Qualification (External
Transcripts)</>) and the field SPECDEGREENR in the structure
PIQTRSPEC_EXT (<ZK>Specialization (External Transcripts)</>).

System Response

The system cannot assign a degree or qualification to the program
specializations.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Number the degrees or qualifications consecutively beginning with 1
(field DEGREENR in structure PIQTRDEGREE_EXT). You can enter up to ten
degrees or qualifications.
Then assign the selected program specializations to the relevant
degrees and qualifications via the field SPECDEGREENR in the structure
PIQTRSPEC_EXT.
