    A parameter error has occurred.
    Before you can create and edit a note, the key fields that define the
    application object for the text must be filled. These key fields are:
    <DS:DE.TDOBJECT>Application object for text</>
    <DS:DE.TDID>Text ID</>
    <DS:DE.SPRAS>Language key</>
    If one of these key fields does not contain a value, the system outputs
    this error message.
    These fields and the PIQNOTE_GUID note field must both be filled. The
    PIQNOTE_GUID note field contains the unique note ID. It may only be
    blank when you create a note as the system writes the GUID to it during
    the creation process.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
