As of release CM 4.64, address data is stored exclusively for the
business partner. You have not run the conversion program which changes
the system settings so that address data is stored for the business
partner.

System Response

The system does not allow you to maintain address data until you have
run the conversion program. Any address data you create before the
conversion would be overwritten.
