  • What causes this issue?

You have changed an event package which is assigned to the academic
work object. Please note that this change will not have any effect on
existing event bookings. This means that:
The system will not automatically cancel the respective event bookings
when you change the event package.
The system will not automatically book the respective business events
when you enter a new event package.

    System Response

When you change an event package, the system outputs this warning
message but allows you to continue editing.

    How to fix this error?

If, for reasons of data consistency, you still need to edit open event
bookings, you should use the <DS:TX.CM_XX_DIALOG_MODULE_BOOKING>module
booking dialog</> to do so. In this case, cancel editing without saving
your changes. When you save an academic work object in the extended
maintenance dialog a change lock is applied to it and you can no longer
change this object using the module booking dialog. For more
information, see the <DS:NA.HRPIQ00ACWORK018>message which applies to
    saving of academic work objects</>.

    Procedure for System Administrators
