You have called an unlocked academic work object in the change mode of
the extendend maintenance dialog. When you save the academic work
object in the extended maintenance dialog, the system will apply a
change lock to it.
The academic work object currently has no change lock.
&NOTE&
If an academic work object has a change lock, you can only edit it
using the extended maintenance dialog.
If an academic work object does not have a change lock, you can edit it
using the <DS:TX.CM_XX_DIALOG_MODULE_BOOKING>module booking dialog</>
or <DS:TX.CM_XX_DIALOG_APPRAISAL>appraisal dialog</> (for completed
module work), or with the <DS:TX.CM_XX_DIALOG_EQUIVALENCY>equivalency
determination</> application (for completed work).

System Response

The system displays this warning the first time you save an academic
work object in the extended maintenance dialog.

How to fix this error?

Check whether a change lock may be applied to the selected academic
work object. If so, make the required changes and save them.
If not, cancel the extended maintenance dialog without saving your
changes.
