Message text: Action aborted because of missing records and lack of authority
In Nature of Action processing, an existing infotype record is required
in order to create a copy. For at least one of the involved infotypes,
there is no active record for the appropriate date. Also, for another
infotype, you have no authorization to view the record.
To keep data integrity, either all of the infotypes must be able to be
updated, or none are allowed. In this case, processing of the action is
halted.
For the infotypes for which you have no authority, talk to the
administrator to change your authorizations to view the involved
infotypes. For the missing infotypes, use transaction Maintain Master
Data to create any missing records.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
