    In Nature of Action processing, an existing infotype record is required
    in order to create a copy. For at least one of the involved infotypes,
    there is no active record for the appropriate date. Also, for another
    infotype, you have no authorization to view the record.

    System Response

    To keep data integrity, either all of the infotypes must be able to be
    updated, or none are allowed. In this case, processing of the action is
    halted.

    How to fix this error?

    For the infotypes for which you have no authority, talk to the
    administrator to change your authorizations to view the involved
    infotypes. For the missing infotypes, use transaction Maintain Master
    Data to create any missing records.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
