The operation should be initiated from the donor, and the system
dynamic action creates a record of the recipient automatically. User
should not create (or delete) a record for the recipient manually.

The record of the recipient is created (or deleted) but the
corresponding record of the donor is not updated.

How to fix this error?

User needs to update the the donor's record.
