What causes this issue?

When the program runs, if the record being processed has incomplete data
for a type of action, an action log for that action type will be filled
with related information. If the missing data are required for the
magnetic file, the message of type error will be created in the log
table. If the missing data are not required fields in the magnetic file,
the message will be of type warning.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

To access the log table, click on the icon in the menu bar.
In the menu bar, the log table for each action type appears next to the
icon for the corresponding action's list of processed records. Note
that the icon will show on the menu bar only when there are errors or
warnings for the action type. If not, the icon will not appear.
