  • In salary groups A15 and A16, if an assignment to a transfer level is
    made during a transfer, then the following promotion skips the
    associated regular level that would have occurred and the next higher
    level is reached (Sec. 3, Par.2 S.2 of Bes_G).
    According to the previous basic salary system according to salary
    seniority (BDA),
