    You must have authorization in <LS>P_PCLX </>cluster. This object is
    defined in the authorization check when accessing PCLx (x = 1) HR files
    using the PCLx buffer (interface supported by HR).
    As per specification, you specify the operation to be carried out on the
    cluster along with the cluster ID, by entering the cluster name. The
    value which can be entered is, as follows:
