What causes this issue?

You have accessed a past period with the WCR administration tool, where
it is determined that the recalculated final levy differs from the
final levy which has been notified to the Tax office.
This happens because the WCR customizing had been retroactively changed
after the period you have accessed.
SAP assumes that the correct amounts have been notified to the Tax
office in a later period.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

If this message appears, the final levy calculated is the final levy
notified to the Tax office and stored in the WCR database for the
concerning IN period.
The other amounts, for example the free space and the final levy base,
are recalculated based on the current customizing.
Depending on the change of the WCR customizing, the above stated could
mean that the procentual-relation between FL base and FL calculated is
lost.

How to fix this error?

This is only an information message.
If you want to have the final levy recalculated, please access the IN
period for which you corrected the customizing and the corresponding FOR
period YEAR.
