    Refer to the Customizing for <LS>Payroll Netherlands</> under <LS>Work
    Cost Regulation ->
    <DS:SIMG.PAY_NL_FEATURE_NLWCR>Activate Work Cost Regulation</></> and
    check if the legal person you have selected is active for the Work Cost
    Regulation in the year you have selected.
    If you do not want to use the Work Cost Regulation functionality, please
    enter the possible final levy manually in the collective Employer data
    using transaction
    <DS:TRAN.PC00_M05_UTAE_UPD>Wage Return: Changing Collective ER Data</>.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
