Message type: E = Error
Message class: HRPAYNLLA - Notifications for Wage Return NL
Message number: 060
Message text: RP &1, Return Period &2/&3 is Blocked for the Data Extractor
No entry for LePer &v1&, return period &v2&/&v3& could be created in the
<ZK>B2A Manager</> (transaction <DS:TRAN.PB2A>pb2a</>).
One possible reason is that a wage return for this period already exists
with a status that is not the same as 'Error'. Another possible reason
is that the <ZK>Data extractor</> is already productive for the LePer
and the return period.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check if an entry for LePer &v1&, return period &v2&/&v3& already exists
in the <ZK>B2A Manager</>. If it does, check its status. If the status
is equal to any status apart from the status 'Error - Reprocess', you
can change the status with the aid of report <DS:RE.RPCLAFN0>Wage return
data - Error classification</>.
If there is no entry present, check if the <ZK>Data extractor</> has
been run for the same LePer and return period. If not, delete the lock
object <ZH>E_NL_LA06</> with the transaction <ZK>Select lock data</> (
<DS:TRAN.SM12>SM12</>).
As an alternative, you can also start the <ZK>Data extractor</> in the
test mode. (Field <ZK>DB update</> is therefore not selected.)
