  • What causes this issue?

    You have set a personnel action in order to trigger the start or the end
    of an inactive work relationship period in view V_T5F30_DSN. This
    personnel action does only create an infotype 0302 record. An infotype
    0000 record starting at the same date is required in order to maintain
    an inactive period.

    System Response

    The system does not take this personnel action into account and does not
    create an inactive period.

    How to fix this error?

    In view T529A, set the personnel actions matching the start or the end
    of an inactive period in order to generate an infotype 0000 record, as
    long as there is no other personnel action for the same date. You can
    also choose to create an infotype 0302 record if there is another
    concurrent personnel action for the start or end action of the inactive
    work relationship period.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
