  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

An error occurs because the value entered in the <ZK>Supplementary
Indicator for Time Management</> (KZTIM) field of infotype 0007 will
modify the values returned by the FDSD2 characteristics and will
therefore generate inconsistencies with the WPBP split for the period in
    question.
Indeed, for the same split WPBP (during the period in question), the
modification of the values in infotype 0007, and the modification of the
KZTIM field in particular, means that the characteristics will return
several values and that the WPBP split will therefore have multiple
values. Yet just one value is taken into account in the CT (in the
payroll) for the period in question.
    .

    System Response

The system detects an error because, following the modification of
infotype 0007, there are multiple values for the WPBP split.

    How to fix this error?

Check infotype 0007 for the cause of this anomaly and correct it so that
the value of infotype 0007 matches the value of the WPBP split for the
    period in question.

  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message HRPAYFR_PY027 - Anomalies in &1 characteristic: infotype 0007 split not aligned with WPBP ?

The SAP error message HRPAYFR_PY027 indicates that there are anomalies in the characteristics of infotype 0007 (Basic Pay) related to the split of the data not being aligned with the Work Plan and Business Process (WPBP). This error typically arises during payroll processing when there are inconsistencies in the employee's pay data.

    Cause:

    1. Data Inconsistency: The infotype 0007 may have been split incorrectly, meaning that the start and end dates of the pay records do not align with the employee's work schedule or other related infotypes.
    2. Incorrect Configuration: There may be issues with the configuration of the payroll schema or the way the infotype is set up in the system.
    3. Missing or Incorrect Records: There could be missing records in infotype 0000 (Actions) or infotype 0001 (Organizational Assignment) that affect the alignment of the pay data.
    4. Changes in Employment Status: If there have been recent changes in the employee's status (e.g., hiring, termination, or changes in work hours), these may not have been reflected correctly in the infotype.

    Solution:

    1. Review Infotype Records: Check the records in infotype 0007 for the employee in question. Ensure that the start and end dates are correct and that they align with the employee's work schedule.
    2. Check Related Infotypes: Review related infotypes (0000, 0001, 0002, etc.) to ensure that there are no discrepancies that could affect the payroll processing.
