SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message number: 026

  • Message text: Anomalies in &1 characteristic: infotype 0001 split not aligned with WPBP

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

An error occurs because the value entered in the <ZK>Hierarchy</>
(MSTBR) field of infotype 0001 will modify the values returned by the
FDTCE and FUTCE characteristics and will therefore generate i
nconsistencies with the WPBP split for the period in question.
Indeed, for the same split WPBP (during the period in question), the
modification of the values in infotype 0001, and the modification of the
MSTBR field in particular, means the characteristics will return several
values and the WPBP split will therefore have multiple values. Yet just
one value is taken into account in the CT (in the payroll) for the
    period in question.

    System Response

The system detects an error because, following the modification of
infotype 0001, there are multiple values for the same WPBP split.

    How to fix this error?

Check infotype 0001 for the cause of this anomaly and correct it so that
the value of infotype 0001 matches the value of the WPBP split for the
    period in question.
